Hi! I’m Aleesha
I've always been obsessed with all things love, sex, and relationships. I’ve also always been deeply introspective and committed to my own journey of self-understanding. Over the last few years I had a deep inner calling surface that I knew I had to listen too - helping others in the realm of my passions!
Before I began coaching, I was running my own restaurant. Completely exhausted from over-working, stressed, in negative cycles, and trying to cope with trauma - I had lost my real essence.
What led me here was choosing to take my life back - entirely into my own hands. My health, my mindset, my energy. I had to put self work and development first.
The reason I do what I do is because I recognised how badly I needed support on my journey. I did so much on my own until I was desperate, and sick of feeling alone. I needed to see my blind spots, and why I was still suffering. I needed someone to check me.
The purpose of my work is to help my clients see what they already know deep within - under the layers of conditioning, repeated patterns, trauma & pain. I am not your guru, but a mirror for you to recognise and remember your inherent worth.
GROUP COACHING

My group container Embodied Feminine is 1 month long and happens every 1-2 months. We have anywhere between 6 - 15 women inside each round! The focus is on deep self reprogramming and embodying + liberating your feminine.
ONE ON ONE
...
I currently only work with 3-4 1:1 clients at a time. I only work with women who are 100% ready and committed to investing in their healing and their growth. My clients priority is their evolution as a liberated, strong, feminine force.
